Upper limb rehabilitation

The hand is one of the most complex and hardest-working parts of the body.

Connected to the elbow and shoulder, it is a functional and expressive part of everyday life — which is why it deserves a dedicated specialisation and constant study. Every treatment is tailored to ease pain, restore function and help you regain independence in daily life.

I went to Dr. Elena Benedettini the day after surgery on my left hand for a fourth trigger finger and a cyst on my third. I was very worried; my hand was very swollen. Elena, with her calm and professionalism, managed to reassure me and make me understand the path I needed to take to regain the functionality of my hand. A relationship of trust was immediately established, which allowed me to gradually achieve good results. Thank you, Elena, for always being a source of encouragement and support during the months we spent together! I was lucky to meet such a talented physiotherapist! Paola Taddei

I recommend Elena's rehabilitation to everyone for her results, professionalism, expertise, and compassion. I have a torn ligament in my left wrist and would have needed surgery to fix the problem. Thanks to Elena's rehabilitation, I was able to resolve the problem through targeted exercises in just a few months, without having to resort to surgery. Thank you so much, Elena!

I underwent surgery once for a tendon injury and a second time to remove an adhesion to the scar from the first operation. Elena was highly recommended by the surgeon who operated on me, and I must say I couldn't have made a better choice. She's approachable, capable of immediately putting you at ease, cheerful, helpful, and truly professional. She can make a particularly difficult time, both physically and mentally, easier; she's truly a professional. I saw results after the first session, and each time it gets better and better. Thank you, Elena, for your professionalism and your humanity!

I was very satisfied. She is professional, competent, and passionate about her work. I tore the flexor tendons of my third finger on my left hand due to a nasty cut from a window in a domestic accident. After treatment in the emergency room, I underwent emergency surgery to reconstruct the tendons. Thanks to Dr. Benedettini's rehabilitation program, in less than three months I regained full function of my finger and full strength throughout my hand.
